Booking Request
Our cozy accommodations feature two bedrooms in each unit: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. You’ll also have a kitchen and bathroom. The houses are about 47m² in size. You can check in and out using our smart lock system, with instructions provided before you arrive. Please remember that pets, parties, and smoking indoors aren’t allowed. Breakfast isn’t included in the price, but there’s free parking on-site. We’ll give you fresh linen and towels every three days to keep your stay comfortable.
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a 100% prepayment. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will apply. To make any cancellations or changes, please send us an email at “info@rikiadeluxehouses.com”. We strongly advise guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected situations that might necessitate cancellation.
We accept payments exclusively through bank transfers. To secure your booking, we kindly request the prepayment of the total stay amount as soon as possible. Please remember to send us the bank transfer receipt for reservation purposes. All payments should be in EUR (euro). Any incurred bank charges or exchange rate discrepancies are the responsibility of the guest.
